Shipping policy

  • We send our products to chosen countries in EU, UK and other chosen countries outside of these regions with designated shipping cost for each zone.
  • We collect your chosen ID, your legal name, shipping address and contact details to better administrate your shipping process. 
  • For non pre-order products, all orders will be shipped out within 7 working days of order confirmation. Working days are from Mondays to Fridays. No shipments are sent out during the weekends and Belgian public holidays.  
  • We use 3rd party courier to send out our orders. This may require transit time from YVSE VAULT to the courier's warehouse before being sent out to the destination address.
